Her introduction and performance

The official PlayStation introduction describes Zoe as someone compelled to help people in need. Simon hears her through the CRTV’s fractured signals. The official cast announcement names Kezia Burrows as her performer.

Early gameplay connects her to Shorefront Family Clinic and Zoe’s house. Simon obtains her lanyard through the organ transport box and uses it at the clinic reader. Those are concrete route connections; they do not, by themselves, define a romantic relationship with Simon.

Part 2: rounds and the escape from Mr. Stewart’s

Zoe’s Rounds begin with visits across Shorefront. At Community Gardens, the shed code 1993 comes from Jane Chalmers’s flower-bed plaque; the key inside opens the garden gate.

Her pager receives messages, and IGN describes the screen’s dark-edge behavior as part of detecting danger in this section. She does not simply inherit Simon’s CRTV threat display. When the creature appears at Mr. Stewart’s house, collect the key beside the bath and use the rear entrance to escape.

The next gate is Medical’s security procedure. Read the note on the security-booth window, call 496 0556 and select 3 → 2 → 2 → 1. At the rear garage office, press the button that opens the building gates. Control later returns to Simon for Journey to Medical, so a walkthrough may still place both characters within Part 2.

Part 3: the patient needs the right readings

During The Patient, Zoe performs medical tasks: identify the monitor readings, align and print the X-Rays, prepare the medication pumps and complete intubation. The monitor values fluctuate, so use the display and closest answer rather than memorizing one pulse value.

The Part 3 walkthrough lists the equipment, medicine locations and the separate skull/chest settings. Damaging mistakes in this sequence also matter to the community-reported ending model: PowerPyx’s ending guide assigns them a penalty. That is a reason to read each clue, rather than treat the treatment as a harmless dialogue quiz.

Later story: care, responsibility and uncertainty

IGN’s ending explanation connects Zoe’s guilt to concentrating on Simon while other patients were in danger. The medical imagery and her repeated tasks can be read in that light.
