Two door bags, three final bags

This puzzle has two stages: first match patient records to bags, then route the allowed donors to Simon. There are five bags to collect, but Alan Duncan and Lesley Greer are spent opening the two wings. You should arrive back at the main door with three bags left, not keep searching for ten new ones.

Take the Medical Center (Different) map near the upper-floor metal door. In Alan Duncan’s room, read Zoe’s Patient List beside the tape player; it marks further bag locations. The hospital layout and room numbers here belong to the Different version of Medical, not Zoe’s earlier Surgery route.

Collect the bags and keys in a usable order

  1. Alan Duncan: From the initial upper area, take the right-hand corridor to the room at its end and crawl through the vent. The bag is beside the bed. Return to the S.W. door, insert it and use the transfusion switch.
  2. Sarah Watson: In Ward S, follow the western route to room 05. Collect her bag, then descend into Ward W.
  3. Ward W key and Lesley Greer: Take the Master Key from the table in lower-floor room 04. It opens room 13. Climb the ladder to upper-floor room 12 and collect Lesley’s bag. Back at the central area, use it on the D.P. door to open the eastern wing.
  4. Drop Matthew’s bag: In Ward D, go through room 03 toward room 02 and interact with the elevator. The bag drops to the lower floor; it is not lost.
  5. George McEwan and Ward P key: Return upstairs and use the vent near room 06, then drop into lower-floor room 10. Collect George’s bag and the Ward P Master Key.
  6. Retrieve Matthew Clark: Unlock Ward P room 03 with that key. Pick the dropped bag out from between the elevator doors.

Collecting Matthew’s bag closes your nearby exit. Use the vent in room 02 to get back upstairs, then turn the release wheels in upper-floor rooms 05 and 10. Both are needed before the way out opens. Watch the pursuing creature’s position and wait for it to move away from a wheel; this is an escape objective, not a fight you must win.

Match bags to symptoms at the main door

Return to the main transfusion room. Inspect each bag’s description in your inventory and the patient notes beside the empty sockets.

Bag Patient-note clue to match
Sarah Watson Head injury and regular pulse
Matthew Clark Confused verbal response; motor response obeys commands
George McEwan Second- and third-degree burns

Place those three bags against the matching notes, then activate the door’s switch. Some walkthroughs count sockets from opposite ends or omit already occupied positions. Using the patient’s condition avoids that numbering disagreement; do not force George’s bag into a socket merely because another guide calls it “first” or “fourth.”

Route the correct donors to ORDELL

In the chamber beyond the door, inspect Simon’s Medical Wristband. The puzzle identifies him as A+. Use the blood-type plaques in this room: the allowed donor types for this puzzle are O−, O+, A− and A+.

The matching donor initials are H.M., S.W. and T.F. Rotate the concentric rings until each of those three paths reaches the central ORDELL control, while the other donor paths do not. Check the whole connection from outer donor to center; a short aligned segment alone is not the finished route.

SILENT HILL: Townfall blood-puzzle reference diagram connects H.M., S.W. and T.F. to ORDELL, labelled A+.

Select ORDELL to confirm. The exit opens, and the following corridor takes you to the Room 204 door. Use its key to finish Many Into One and continue toward Clara Woods.
